The big night in is a newsletter for recipes, writing, and you. I have big visions of carving a small space on the internet for readers to sit on their sofa, chuckle at opinions, plan menus, and message me inanity. I have worked in professional kitchens for 3 years, and as a private chef for nearly 2. I gave up full-time cooking to become a junior writer at an independent agency (my 9-5) but I consider this my second full-time job. I still do the odd event on the weekend if you ask me very nicely though.
