Marinating things requires a bit of foresight, which I understand most of us lack/don’t have time for. So, when you read the word marinade in the title of this recipe, I know you want to bolt. Truth be told, sure it makes it better if the chicken gets to sit in the nutty tahini for a bit longer, but it doesn’t need to. Please don’t be deterred, this is still a 30 minute meal, scouts honour.
Forewarning: the Romesco takes about the same time as the chicken (once it’s marinated of course), do with that what you will.
